We take traditional millets and present them for the modern kitchen: clearly identified, carefully handled and conveniently packed, so families can rediscover grains that previous generations already knew well.

Recipes
Familiar Indian dishes that work just as well with millets.

A one-pot khichdi that cooks in about twenty minutes and tastes like the one you already make with rice.

Fluffy, separate grains with whole spices and vegetables — a straight swap for your usual rice pulao.

Soft, savoury upma with curry leaves and cashews, ready in under half an hour.

A slow, homely khichdi that stays satisfying for hours.
