Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched after our team confirms your order details on WhatsApp. Confirmation usually happens on the same working day.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. There is no additional fee for choosing Cash on Delivery.
Tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we share the tracking details on the same WhatsApp conversation.
Delays
Courier timelines can vary with location, weather and public holidays. If a parcel seems delayed, message us and we will follow it up with the courier.
